A very good book. It really connects in many ways. I am about two thirds through. I am amazed at how Anne knows me so well.I have ordered several copies for some of the high-stress leaders in our church. I am going to suggest that they move right to the three or four charts that Anne provides to help you understand whether you are experiencing high levels of stress or if it really is potential or possibly full blown burnout.
Anne puts this work strictly into "church world." But I have every confidence that her principles and solutions will work in every arena of life.
