Just finished Like Ability Factor. Tim Sanders. A very good practical book. It is full of interesting illustrations of how likeability can make a difference in life.
I have recommended this to a couple of educators that I know. There are surveys that show that a likeable teacher actually helps students learn better.
Pretty interesting stuff. Tim Sanders wants to make the world a better place, and it can happen if just one person becomes a little more likeable.
